BA Architect Support 

We are here to provide technical support to our customers. We provide the following kinds of support:

  • FREE email support during evaluation. We answer your questions and guide you through the evaluation period so you can make an informed decision.
  • FREE email support for one year after purchase of the product. We help you learn BA Architect and start using it effectively. Support does not include any software upgrades except for service packs containing bug-fixes.

Please send your support requests to support@dmautomation.com. Do not hesitate to include screen shots or zip attachments to your requests. Please allow some time for your requests to be answered (maximum 2 days).

 

You also can become a beta tester of BA Architect. Send bug reports to support@dmautomation.com. You will get free registration key for discovered bugs.
